CMHA Sponsors Public Swims for the Holidays

This year, the Canadian Mental Health Association Cochrane-Timiskaming Branch is celebrating the holidays by sponsoring public swims across communities in its’ catchment areas. We hope this will allow people to spend quality time with loved ones and to stay active during the holiday season.

Temiskaming Shores Fitness Centre – Temiskaming Shores: January 3rd 1p.m. to 3p.m.
Archie Dillon Sportsplex Timmins: January 5th 6:45 p.m. to 8 p.m.
