Integration of Services Announcement
We are very pleased to announce the official integration of Minto Counselling Centre and South Cochrane Addictions Services under the Canadian Mental Health Association Cochrane-Timiskaming branch, effective January 1, 2023.
Bounceback
BounceBack® is a free skill-building program managed by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA). It is designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression and anxiety, stress or worry.
Ontario Structured Psychotherapy Program
The Ontario Structured Psychotherapy Program, also known as OSP, offers a variety of service options and help to those who are struggling with mild to moderate anxiety, depression and anxiety related concerns.
